Tamas Kadar is the co-founder and CEO of SEON. He co-founded the company after experiencing firsthand how fraud attacks can disrupt digital businesses, leading him to rethink how organizations detect and manage risk.

Under his leadership, SEON has grown to serve more than 5,000 businesses across 30+ countries. The platform processes billions of fraud checks annually and has prevented more than $300 billion in fraud losses. Today, SEON operates across the Americas, EMEA and Asia-Pacific, with offices in Austin, London, Budapest and Singapore.

Kadar is known for challenging traditional approaches to fraud prevention, advocating for transparent, explainable AI over black-box models. He has led SEON’s evolution into an AI command center for fraud prevention and AML compliance, helping financial institutions balance risk, compliance and customer experience.
