Sandra Lam is the Deputy CEO, US of LianLian Global, where she leads the growth strategy and cross-border payments expansion. A seasoned global FinTech executive, Sandra brings deep expertise in innovation, product development, transaction banking, and strategic partnerships, with a career spanning leadership roles at Citi Innovation Lab, HSBC, and DBS.

Sandra has been at the forefront of transforming financial services, from building FinTech accelerators and forging global partnerships to driving commercialization of emerging technologies. She has advised Fortune 500 clients on innovation, led programs across 15 markets.

An accomplished author, Sandra wrote The Intrapreneur Formula (Business Expert Press, 2022) and co-authored AR/VR in the Metaverse (Harvard Belfer Center, 2023). She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Master of IT in Business from Singapore Management University, and a BBA from The University of Hong Kong.
