Monika Liikamaa is a Builder & Investor and Co-Founder of Enfuce, the Nordic-born, global cloud-native issuer processor powering high-performance payment programmes for banks, fintech leaders and enterprise brands.

She founded Enfuce at the age of 41 after a long career in international payments, with a clear vision: to build scalable, compliant financial infrastructure designed for the next generation of financial services. Under her leadership, Enfuce has secured regulatory licences in the EU and the UK, raised €73.5 million in funding, expanded internationally and achieved profitability while serving major brands across mobility, fleet and digital banking.

As a founder herself, Monika is deeply committed to supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs. She actively mentors early-stage fintech founders, advocates for greater diversity in leadership and regularly speaks about scaling companies in regulated environments.
