Maria Oldham is a global executive with over 20 years of experience across the finance, payments, and technology sectors. She specialises in operational excellence, strategic finance, and large-scale market expansion, having led high-performing teams across multiple continents. As of October 2025, she serves as Chief Operating Officer at Yellow Card, one of the world’s largest licensed stablecoin-based infrastructure providers, operating 34 markets.

Prior to Yellow Card, Maria held senior leadership roles at several of the world’s most innovative fintech and technology companies. Her experience includes serving as SVP & Global Head of Strategy, Corporate Development and Finance at dLocal; VP of Marketplace at Brazilian unicorn Loft; and Head of Latin America for PayPal’s SME business. Earlier in her career, she built and scaled iZettle Brazil, contributing to its US$2 billion acquisition by PayPal, following a foundation in investment banking at Goldman Sachs in London.

Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, and now based in London, Oldham holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from EAESP-FGV and an MBA from the London Business School.
