Previously, as Chief Data and Innovation Officer at Tatra banka, he led the bank's AI, data, and innovation strategy — work recognised by The Banker (Financial Times) as Chief Innovation Officer of the Year 2024 award.

His career began in the "innovation trenches" as a startup founder and retail data analyst for global brands like Nike and Adidas. Today, he champions AI enablement, driven by a vision of "AI as usual", embedding AI into organisations' core DNA to drive efficiency and customer value. Based in Singapore and active globally, Daniel focuses on shifting the conversation from digital hype to practical execution, helping organisations navigate the complexities of the evolving fintech ecosystem.
