One of John’s principal specialties is the formation and growth of high-value financial services partnerships between leading financial institutions and market leaders in the retail, airline, hotel, automobile, and technology sectors.  He also supports clients in the emerging payments field and is actively engaged with the next generation of players including marketplace lenders, alternative financial services players, mobile payments providers, and specialized finance companies.

John’s clients include the world’s largest retailers, banks, manufacturers, airlines, hotels, oil companies and wireless companies.  For the past 20 years, he has advised clients on the formation, expansion, and restructuring of complex multi-faceted credit card and prepaid partnerships.
