J.C. Boggs is a partner with the Government Advocacy and Public Policy group at King & Spalding and co-chairs the firm’s State Attorneys General practice. He previously served as counsel to the Senate Banking and Governmental Affairs committees and enjoys a dynamic public policy practice representing financial services and technology companies before Congress and the executive branch. In addition, he regularly interfaces with federal and state financial regulators overseeing global and mobile payments, marketplace lending, crowdfunding and digital currency. With more than 25 years of experience in law and public policy, J.C. has been recognized by Chambers USA as “one of the most proficient attorneys on the scene.” He is also a competitive open water swimmer and was featured in the Washington Post for swimming in all 50 states.
