Session Information

Jason Goldberg is a Director of Protiviti’s Business Performance Improvement practice advising established, growing, and emerging companies across financial services and retail. Jason focuses his practice on payments, customer experience, strategy, transformation, innovation, and human capital optimization.

Previously, Jason was a Senior Manager with Kurt Salmon’s Global Financial Services practice where he was a key leader of the development of its Consumer Financial Services offerings in the United States. 

Prior to Kurt Salmon, Jason served as Senior Vice President and Director of Citi Cards, where he was responsible for managing its mass market consumer card portfolios with a focus on driving balance and sales engagement.

Earlier, Jason was an executive with MasterCard Worldwide, serving as Vice President of Global Commercial Payments, and previously as Principal and Senior Managing Consultant with MasterCard Advisors. In that capacity, he led global marketing, product development and strategy engagements for over thirty payments, retail, and e-commerce organizations.

Jason also held prior executive positions with Citi Cards and American Express.

Jason received a B.A. in International Relations from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, where he now serves as a member of the Fuqua Alumni Council. He resides in Chappaqua, New York with his wife and two sons.
