Brendan serves eBusiness & Channel Strategy Professionals. He focuses on the convergence of payments, point-of-sale (POS) and commerce platforms, data, loyalty, and personalization. Brendan has specific expertise helping eBusiness leaders understand the opportunity derived from payments that can lead to new customer acquisition and long-term value.

His interests focus on mobile commerce, retail shopping, eCommerce, merchant risk, stored value, alternative payments, and how payment systems integrate into broader commerce experiences.

Previous Work Experience

With over 18 years as a B2C and B2B marketer, spanning technology, services, retail, CPG, and durable goods, Brendan understands the challenges of crafting products and value propositions that need to simultaneously resonate with multiple audiences in a distribution channel. He has extensive experience working in product marketing at payment companies such as First Data, Mercury, and most recently Vantiv. Brendan primarily focused on expanding acquiring distribution through leveraging strategic relationships with developers, POS, and eCommerce software vendors and financial institutions. Prior to working in payments, he worked as a B2C marketer at Pulte Group and Graham Advertising (a leading automotive advertising agency), as well as a managing director of a market research and strategy firm.

Brendan holds a B.B.A. from Northwood University in Midland, Michigan, as well as an MBA from the University of Denver.
