As the lead of Oliver Wyman’s small business banking priority in North America, Vivian consults with banks on their strategic priorities for small business clients, including sales and service digitization, product design, process optimization, talent management, and regulatory and risk issues. She also oversees a variety of research efforts that support small business banking projects, including Oliver Wyman’s triennial survey of 5,000 small businesses and associated profit models.
