sectors, Megan is known as a thought leader and advocate for
breakthrough ideas. Prior to joining IDEMIA, she held senior management positions with several of the country’s largest banking and processing institutions, and led programs in sales and marketing, enterprise transformation, and business strategy.
Since she joined IDEMIA in 2017, Megan has been championing the transition from the physical world of payment cards and identification to the digital world, which includes the use of biometrics for payments, physical and logical access control, digital payment provisioning, digital identity and tokenization. She has appeared on the stage at Money 2020 USA, and has
spoken at influential venues such as TRANSACT and the Payments Summit.
Megan is a founding member of Women in IDEMIA Network (WIN). The goals of WIN are to encourage diversity and inclusiveness at work, to provide mentorship, and to support one another through networking and community. Megan performed similar roles at US Bank, where she was a member of Women in Leadership, and HSBC, providing outreach and mentoring for
women in the workplace, and speaking to groups on leadership.
Megan holds a BA from Northwestern University, and an MBA from the Fuqua School of
Business at Duke University.
