Sharon is a founding member of the FinTech team at EY and the lead author of the latest EY FinTech Adoption Index.

Based in London, she focuses on the European and global FinTech ecosystem, working across all financial sectors and in particular on wealth and asset management. She advises FinTechs as they grow and scale, and supports incumbent firms as they invest, acquire and partner with FinTechs.

She was a member of the inaugural 2018 Money2020 RiseUp cohort, and has also been recognised in Innovate Finance’s Women in FinTech Powerlist. She holds a MSc in Organisational Behaviour from the London School of Economics & Political Science.
