Getting Started

How do I access Global Connect?
During MoneyFest we are opening up our networking portal - Global Connect - exclusively to our 2019 delegates and 2020 pass holders. Global Connect is a networking platform accessed via a browser webpage. You will be emailed a link to Global Connect along with your personalised login details. Access will be provided from October 12.

If you are a 2019 or a 2020 passholder and you haven’t received access, you can opt-in to Global Connect via this link: www.money2020.com/moneyfest/opt-in-2019 The last day you can opt in is October 30.

If you opt in between October 12 and October 30, you will receive your login details within 1 working day.

I have forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
Please use the ‘forgot my password’ button on the login page: https://connect.money2020.com.

How do I change the name of a pass holder who has since left the company?
Please submit your amendments via the opt in form and we’ll do the rest! www.money2020.com/moneyfest/opt-in-2019

If you also need to make changes to the 2020 pass for next year’s show, you will be able to edit this in your online account at a later date.

How can I see who is on Global Connect?
When you log into Global Connect you will be given suggestions as to who we think would be suitable for you to meet. These suggestions are generated using AI and the answers you provided when registering.

There is also a tab labeled ‘Networking Attendees’, this will allow you to see the full attendee list on Global Connect. It will include delegates from Asia, Europe and Vegas 2019 and our 2020 shows. Please note that the delegate list is not downloadable.

Can I use Global Connect on my mobile?
Yes, the website that hosts Global Connect is mobile friendly. Whilst there is not a mobile application, you can still use the website in your mobile web browser. We do recommend that if you are doing a video call you use the desktop version.
