Ashley is an investor at Bain Capital Ventures, where she helps discover, evaluate and execute early and growth stage investments. Ashley focuses on the financial technology space, and has invested in 12+ companies since starting at the firm.

Prior to joining Bain Capital Ventures, Ashley spent two years as a management consultant in McKinsey & Company’s Strategy and Corporate Finance group. At McKinsey, she advised financial services clients on strategic investments and growth opportunities. Ashley graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she concentrated in finance.
