Money20/20 Connect App Troubleshooting
Having trouble logging in?
Please note it has not been possible to log in to Money20/20 Connect. This is because the email address you have used to log in does not match the one against your pass OR you do not yet have a pass for Money20/20 USA 2025.
Make sure you have downloaded the 2025 App via the App Store, Google Play, or web browser. If you have the 2024 App, please delete it and download the new version.
Top tips to gain access to the platform
If you have a pass:
Use your registration email address: The email address on your Money20/20 website account must match the email address on your pass (please check for any typos). If you are not sure which email address has been used against your pass, you can check via your Pass Manager. If the pass was booked on your behalf, using a different account, please contact the original booker to confirm the details.
Don't have a Money20/20 account? If you do not already have an account using the same email address that is against your pass, please Sign Up to create a new account.
Forgot password? If you have an account but have forgotten the password, please click on ‘Forgot Password?’ from the Money20/20 login page to reset.
Group Booking? Your pass is still be unnamed, e.g., the company has purchased a pass on your behalf but it has not yet been assigned to attendee details, please ask the original booker to assign the pass to you first from the Purchased Orders section of their Pass Manager as you will not be able to access without a valid pass.
If you do NOT have a pass already, you can buy now.
Please note it can take up to 1 working day from purchase for access to be enabled for you to log in to Money20/20 Connect (via desktop or the mobile app).
